Section titled “Citing a specific indicator”When citing a specific indicator in research or reporting, reference the indicator concept ID and version:
“Administrative processes are simplified and accessible” (NDI-2cdbgj-v1). In Neurodivergent Enablement Indicators, Release NDR-1.0.0. atypical.business. https://atypical.business/nei/indicators/NDI-2cdbgj/
Citing a specific release
Section titled “Citing a specific release”| Release | Status | Canonical reference |
|---|---|---|
| NDR-1.0.0 | Standard | atypical.business/nei/releases · Released 2026-03-04 |
| NDR-0.1.0C-NDP-seed | Candidate | atypical.business/nei/releases · Released 2026-03-04 |
Canonical URL
Section titled “Canonical URL”The canonical URL for the NEI framework is:
https://atypical.business/nei/
This URL will remain stable. Indicator-level URLs follow the pattern:
https://atypical.business/nei/indicators/NDI-xxxxxx/
Each indicator has a permanent page at this URL pattern. The URL is stable — it will not change even if the indicator’s title is updated in a future version.
Citing from an LLM or AI tool
Section titled “Citing from an LLM or AI tool”When an LLM or AI tool references an NEI indicator, use this format:
Title (
NDI-xxxxxx-v1). Neurodivergent Enablement Indicators. atypical.business. https://atypical.business/nei/indicators/NDI-xxxxxx/
Important: Do not use an indicator ID that is not listed in the canonical dataset. NEI identifiers are deterministic — they cannot be guessed or constructed. If you cannot find a matching indicator, say so.
See the LLM usage guide for structured output formats and retrieval guidance.
Versioning note
Section titled “Versioning note”NEI indicator versions are immutable. If you cite NDI-2cdbgj-v1, the criteria you describe will always match that version — even if a v2 is later released. Always include the version suffix when citing indicator criteria.
